CAMPS
CLINICS
Our Leagues were created as a chance for players to continue to work on their skills and conditioning in preparation for their next official season.  The best way to continue to work on
those skills is through game situations and scrimmages.  SLC suggests that for players to get the most out of the Fall Ball League, they combine the league with other sports, conditioning or
clinics opportunities.  Clinics will specifically help hone skills and give players the a chance to focus on a few choice details of their game.  In conjunction with Fall Ball League, players are
able to learn and practice these skills to maintain their game if the off-season.
Youth players will receive a little more instruction during Fall Ball League as their game is still in the process of growing.  Fall Ball League will offer our youth players a chance to ask
coaches specific questions about their personal skills and how they might recommend improving specific elements. However is up to the player to practice those tips in the game-like
situations or scrimmages that Fall Ball offers.
High School players are offered the chance to work on team and work on their game skills.  Ask any coach and they will all tell you that the very best way to continue to be a great lacrosse
player, you must practice, practice, practice.  Being a good player means that players can adjust to different teammates with different skills levels on their team.  By offering game like
situations and scrimmages, players can continue to improve their skills and techniques.
