| The cost to participate will be $375 per player plus the cost of travel. Players listed on the roster have until May 31st to submit their team dues. For team dues, you can either use PayPal, or mail it to SLC 2221 Larkin Street, Apt. 10, San Francisco, CA 94109. PLAYERS MUST READ, COMPLETE AND RETURN THE FORMS BELOW U19 Boys Information Two Tournaments: Vail, CO - June 26th through July 2nd Incline Village, NV - July 18th and 19th Players must understand that attendance at try outs means that you accept and are able to participate in all Sac Heat activities. Unfortunately, at this time, SLC is unable to offer any scholarships for the Sac Heat team. Players must be able to pay team dues as well as their own travel. |

| SLC's U19 Boys team will be traveling to Vail, CO and Incline Village, NV to participate in tournaments, as well as local games against other travel teams. |
| The U19 Boys team has been selected. We are looking into the possibility of having a U18 boys team in order to best accommodate the large number of qualified players this year. We will keep all registered players posted as we have more information. The U15 Boys Team will be holding an additional try out date(s) to accommodate that players that are currently participating in the NCJLA Championships and could not attend the original try outs dates. We will contact all interested players, including those who have already attended try outs, with the additional dates. We will keep all players informed as to the final date for the selection of the team. |
