faq about our refund policy
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
For Summer League and Fall Ball, payments are non-refundable after the first two weeks of the sessions, NO EXCEPTIONS. Prior to the first two weeks, refund are subject to the $20 administrative fee, $15 jersey fee and the daily session cost of $10. For camps, there is a $40 non-refundable administrative fee after payment has been submitted, and no refund will be made after the first day of camp. For clinics, after payment has been submitted, there are no refunds.
There are no refunds for Sac Heat/Travel Teams as the funds are used to pay for each players tournament entry fees, uniform and coaches costs. Players, and parents, are responsible for reading and understanding our refund policy prior to submitting your team dues as no refunds, at any time, will be issued for Sac Heat team dues.
If you have any questions, regarding refund, please do not hesitate to ask us BEFORE you submit your payment. We do understand that there are certain situations that can not be foreseen and we are will treat such situations with the respect that they deserve. However, we reserve the right to designate the refund amount for such circumstances.
